I had used "NetPost" service by USPS long time back. I think USPS has just renamed NetPost to Click2Mail.

NetPost was very easy to use. You just upload your letter. And a file with all the addresses in it. And they would do the rest.

Click2Mail seems to have postcards, flyers etc too.
