Upon consideration of your question, I realize that what I've done is papertraded charts of phenomenon other than price movement, whenever I've chanced upon one, and though my opinion is that papertrading worked well on these charts it's also true that papertrading works a lot better on any chart than real trading does. I have to run out of the house right now, but I'll try to find and post a chart of something like Mongolian Buddhist birthrates, and then analyze it using tech analysis. Or if you could post a chart for the group to look at, I'll illustrate how I would have "traded" it realtime. My opinion about "a chart is a chart is a chart" still stands, but I don't know how to prove it. Best, - Boyd |
