My 2 cents is that you have freedom and safety etc in Singapore, but that's until (if and when) you get in trouble with the law. It's a police state. The legal system is strict as hell. You're "guilty until proven innocent" in a way. Just letting you know. :-) The government in Singapore "owns" you. There's less "freedom" as the world knows it. There's less freedom of speech and freedom of expression.
