It's really just my opinion, based on my trendwatching.

BTW, even if America gets more straitlaced on the outside, human nature will keep working under the surface. For example, the picture below is of a kid who was lucky enough to be given a birthday party at Hooters. He doesn't seem to be too horrified. :-)
