"We DON'T need to advertise...we've been here so long....MOST people already KNOW who we are!"

Invariably...the business owners who have laid that line on me and who REALLY BELIEVED IT (and not just saying that to "get rid of me")....
were OUT OF BIZ WITHIN A YEAR or two!
