Checked out all the links and found some excellent information that will help me to niche my product a bit tighter than originally planned. Also found a great forum that will be useful for building credibility, among many other things.

I found it interesting to read the comments on some places, such as the James Haller link. I had to agree with the comment that mentioned about all the liquers and high fat items in the recipes he provides. That might be an additional selling point on my approach as I usually encourage low fat and healthy ingredients in any suggestions or recommendations.
