Make that Castle a “twist” on Foreclosures...
Much better off...
Investing in and Helping people in Foreclosure situations... Foreclosures are Bad enough now... But Give some Thought to the following up and coming Problem... The Next Real Estate Crisis By April, 2009, hundreds of thousands of option ARM mortgages will begin resetting, bringing on a fresh wave of foreclosures http://www.businessweek.com/lifestyl...tories_ss i_5 The end result will be even more Foreclosures for pennies on the dollar... Amazing investment opportunities if you Do your Homework on the Up and Recovering locations... And a few other Business idea possibilities and services... Terrible for Many... People with Foreclosure problems need Knowledge in a variety of areas... Including Help making better Financial decisions in the Future... And Maybe recovering by getting into their own Customized businesses... It's Easy to get info on Foreclosure owners to Use for misc. Lead ideas...
