Default A Man's Home Is His Castle (Or A Woman's Home Is Her Castle) - Literally!

There's a saying... "A man's home is his castle." (Or - a woman's home is her castle!)

People just think it's a saying... But it could be literally true!

With the price of some housing nowadays... It's amazing, but you can buy a REAL CASTLE for the same price!

Here's an example...

A small apartment in San Francisco can cost $500,000...

Yet... You can get this castle in South Africa for the same price!

You can see more at the following link!

http://www.divinecaroline.com/articl...le-home--price

(There's two pages - so don't forget to see the 2nd page too!)

P.S. Suit of armor not included.

Thanks Dien.

Why buy a castle when you can... buy an entire island!!

You can buy a few islands for less than $40,000 too!
http://www.privateislandsonline.com/...under-250K.htm

But most good islands will go for a couple of million dollars.

Default Castles are a dime a dozen...

Dien,

Thanks for the Castle concept.

If you truly want to live in a Castle. A REAL castle and not a house made to look like a castle, then check out my secret resource www.luxuryrealestate.com and choose Historic from the drop down list.

Where you can get this...

For only €12,000,000.

Or go to that website and search for Castle.

There are Stacks of Castles available for sale all throughout Europe - and in Scotland too. France. Belgium. Etc.

And if you can make money Remotely - not dependent on your location - then some really large stuff is available in former USSR-controlled countries like Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria. When you start looking you'll discover they are Everywhere.

Foreclosures are Bad enough now...

But Give some Thought to the following up and coming Problem...

The Next Real Estate Crisis

By April, 2009, hundreds of thousands of option ARM mortgages will begin resetting, bringing on a fresh wave of foreclosures

The end result will be even more Foreclosures for pennies on the dollar...

Amazing investment opportunities if you Do your Homework on the Up and Recovering locations...

And a few other Business idea possibilities and services...

Terrible for Many...

People with Foreclosure problems need Knowledge in a variety of areas...

Including Help making better Financial decisions in the Future...

And Maybe recovering by getting into their own Customized businesses...

It's Easy to get info on Foreclosure owners to Use for misc. Lead ideas...

Hi Ankesh,

Thanks for the link!

Wow... That's pretty cool to know - that you could get an island for that kind of price. It would be fun to mention at parties...

"Yes... I think I'll just take a boat to my private island this weekend..."

Of course, nobody needs to know that there's no electricity, no septic tank, and maybe even no fresh water... It would still be cool anyway!

Thanks Ankesh!

Cheers

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your post!

I found some "low cost" (meaning around $1 million or less) castles on the website you mentioned... (Keep in mind 1 Euro is approximately $1.50 US dollars)... Here are some of them...

15th Century French castle (approx. $750,000)
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/569354

19th Century French castle (just over $1 million)
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/566864

13th Century Italian castle (just over $1 million)
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/816198

Property with part of an 11th Century Italian castle (around $1.1 million)
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/724714

13th Century Italian castle with tower (just over $1.1 million)
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/838722

Okay, they're not "cheap", but relatively speaking compared to the price of a small apartment in some cities...

Interesting!
