How much would you charge to put together a professional PowerPoint presentations from material provided to you? You could not copy it word for word. There would need to be changes to avoid plagiarism. I'm looking for original content based on the material and research you would need to do.

I'm not sure if the writer who made the request is dishonest. He gave TW a report on what he wanted a paper on, but also says he would have to research it.

So if TW were to borrow 10-15 books from the library, do a little online research for other sources and possible interview a few experts on the subject, then he has the material to write his own report based on his research.
