Google is your best source...

With the particular forms that you're looking for, simply Google around for related existing forms of 1,000's of companies and make the appropriate changes. Of course don't copy, just use it as a basic template/guideline for re-creating your own...

Bet most do the same just to get the overall idea and wording...

You'll find that most related documents are pretty much the same, give or take a few particular issues in accordance to each companies needs and wants. Otherwise spend a little money...

It's always best to retain a good lawyer and accountant in any business which I highly recommend...
