I agree with sandi:

Just knowing a little bit about web maintenance will not get you anywhere with your client. If you are a good MANAGER then find someone who IS good at website management and contract with them. A little less money but some is better than none. Your name is all you have right now, don't screw it up by taking on work that you cannot do.
