They appear to be free, just copy and paste from the site. I didn't dig real deep but there are a bunch of forms there.

Might be easier to just keep it simple...Like, "I agree to do x and will pay you y for each customer you get," etc. Neither boilerplate nor an attorney drawn custom document will do you any good unless you're prepared to go to court. Most agreements are not worth the paper they're printed on.

I'm not a lawyer, but I kicked one's butt in court one day.
