It is constantly AMAZING to me to read about all the effort and struggle that some people having getting on the web.

One of my many "mantras" is to learn from people who have done it.

Tom Campbell is one such person.

Tom is a former MicroSoft program manager and he currently is CEO of a site which currently is used to place over $300 million in bids on eBay every year. Tom likes to streamline things, and he hates reinventing the wheel.
