Here is a free list broker software and database.

www.Manta.com .

The drawback to these leads is you have to
obtain them manually, which can really cut back on the number of calls you can make inside an hour. But, to get started on a tight budget, it could be well worth it until you make your first few sales.

I don't know what your selling but in some niches, don’t always shoot for the president. Sometimes, someone lower on the food chain (such as a middle manager) often will have more time to listen to voicemail and may even pick up his/her own phone!

Also D&B has a free 7 day trial. Maybe you could plan to download
as many leads as you need in that 7 days.

Another one that was pretty cheap was goleads.com. I say was because
I have heard they raised their rates. Just checked their rates and they are $80 per month. Used to be free but you had to obtain them manually.
