I helped some folks put together;
.... "FREE Pizza Kard" program; Get pizzeria owner to agree to provide FREE "2for1" Pizzas on a Card. Print the Kards and sell them door-to-door or biz-to-biz.

....FREE Oil Change Card; Get Auto Repair Service (NOT an Oil Change Service) to agree to provide FREE Oil Changes on a Card. Print Kards and sell door-to-door. (Auto Repair people will do the FREE Oil Changes because they can ALWAYS find something that needs to be fixed...on any vehicle)

....FREE Video Card; Get Video Store to agree to honor "Rent 1, Get 1 Free" Cards. Print Cards....sell door-to-door.

....New Resident List; Get New Resident List from List Co....every week. Sell List to biz that want to reach New Residents. Get biznesses to pay weekly when you drop off the List.

....Videos On Spec: Drop into any biz (especially restaurants) Tell owner you'd like to make a Video of his biz....at NO obligation. Take photos with your digital....download PhotoStory3 from Microsoft (free)....create Slide Show with appropo background music and Voice Over. Place video on You Tube and other Video sites.

...(This is from Jason Hatchett in Spokane) Used Vehicle "Interior Freshness Service". Most used vehicles (cars & trucks) Dealers get in are "Smelly" inside. There are chemicals you can find online that will "Freshen" the interiors and even remove Cig Smoke. (One chemical I found that does a great job was in a PET Store)

....Headlight Restoration; Most vehicles 8yrs old and older have headlight that are getting "Cloudy" and Dirty....inside. I found a chemical that will make those headlights look like new. NO buffing! Just rub on and wipe off.

....Black Plastic Restoration on Used Vehicles; Black plastic on Door Handles, Rear View Mirrors and Bumpers on Vehicles 8 yrs and older start turning Gray or White. Again, a chemical will make the Black Plastic on used vehicles, look like new....making it 1) Easier to Sell and 2) Sell Faster

...Oil Stain Removal from Parking Lots and Drive-Thrus; Next time you're in a Mall parking lot or in your bank's drive thru....take a gander at the ground. I'll bet it's covered with Ugly, Smelly, Greasy....OIL. A powder chemical you sprinkle and sweep onto this oil....will REMOVE the stain and....is Enviro Safe. Good demand for this service.

...Patient Reminder Service; Doctor, Dentist, Chiro etc...offices arrange appointments for their patients. These people LOSE money when patients FORGET their appt and don't show. You provide a service of contacting these patients and REMINDING them of their upcoming appt. An AutoMatic Machine can do the phoning. Just ONE Doc or Professional can pay you nicely every day.

....Parking Lot CleanUp; Many Small parking lots (strip malls, appts, condos) do NOT have anyone cleaning their Lots. They don't want to pay for the Big Sweeper machines to come by. You can do this with a Special "Trash Grabber" that's made from Coat-Hangers. Good pay every evening.

...."OPEN-CLOSED HOURS" sign: You know about the "Open Neon" signs but a Sign with the Hours on it would be of value to store owners.

Anyway....that's some of the MANY programs I've done. Maybe one or two can give you some ideas. And....notice there were NO "Number" mentioned. YOU figure those out.
