I saw a cool biz model many years ago...
Someone rented a big parking lot for a day, and had people who were selling their (individual) used cars RENT A SPOT in the parking lot for the day.
Kind of like a giant TRADE SHOW for used cars. Name was pretty cool -- which is the whole reason the biz model stuck in my mind all these years. They called it... "The Park It Market" -- TW
