Do you know a good MP3 Resizer Tool?

I used to have a great mp3 resizer tool. Then my computer died, and I lost it ... don't remember the name. Now when I search Google, I find some pretty questionable sites advertising mp3 resizers.

If you have any mp3 resizing utility you've had good results with, please post a link.
