Similar to penny auctions?

Penny auctions have been a big deal recently. Quibids has made millions... This got me thinking, arcades always have these skill games such as press the button to make the light stop on the red light and win a PS3 or some other valuable item.. Why not have a website that does the same as these arcade games? Or a virtual claw machine or whatever..... Seems like a good business idea!
