Default Make boring tasks more challenging and interesting....

Hi Boyd,

If you're like me, there are probably many different things you enjoy doing.... You only need to be able to make money from at least one of those things....

If it can be of service to people, then you can probably make money from it.

Right now, I've started to get into the habit of thinking to myself for any task, "how can I get the RESULT of this task with less work." I find just thinking about this makes the task more enjoyable for me....

Thinking about this means that I DO tend to come up with ways to get the same result with less effort and work. That makes me more efficient, and I can do more.... Since I started getting into this habit, I've found that I'm getting much more stuff done than I was before.

I'm kind of inspired by Michael Dell.... He gives the preface to his book (Direct From Dell) the title:

"I've always been fascinated with eliminating unnecessary steps."

I think if you find more efficient ways to do things it could also be a great start for a product idea. If it helps make your life easier, it will probably do the same for someone else too. :)

Thinking about this can also make an otherwise boring task intellectually more challenging and interesting.... (At least that's how it's worked for me!) And of course you'll end up being more efficient too.... :)
