Hey Steve,

I'd be happy to test it out.

I'm working with the owner of a Hip-Hop radio station
who says his listeners are btwn 24 and 52.

OUCH.

Much too vague.

If we can legally Spy on his buyers & visitors and find out where they came from and
where they went - who they ARE.

Big help.

P.S. - I used to work with a retired CIA friend who could do all of this
himself. So it's possible. That I know.
