First, thanks Phil for pointing out the relationship between the scientific method and A/B split testing (which is just another form of testing a hypothesis)!

Glenn, thanks for sharing this example!

How did the people you paid from Fiverr run it by all those Facebook/Twitter followers? Were these people those who had a lot of Facebook friends and/or Twitter followers - who then put it on their own Facebook page or posted it on Twitter to their followers?

Best wishes,

Dien

Default Good Question Dien

Thanks Dien,

I don't know the answer.

All I do is write the sales letter -

test it -

create the Product -

IF it sells...(I create it)

IF it doesn't - (I don't write or audiotape it)

This used to be a challenge. But now I Use my "Greased Pig Speed Writing System"

(Which allows me to Type a 100 page book in 2 or 3 days. Audiotape a 500 page book in 24 to 48 hrs.)

Which means I don't have to CREATE anything until AFTER it sells.

(Here it is in case anyone wants to Speed Up Your Writing by 10 TIMES)

Cuz I want to help fellow writers.

The cool thing about fiver is these techies
put you in front of 50K to 100,000 of their "Followers" for 5 bucks.

Here's a Snapshot of PROOF of DELIVERY from one of these
guys and gals.

5190 hits in 2 days. Kind of amazing.

Phil,

Thx for the fiverr link:

I clicked on it and the number of likes offered is amazing. I'm wondering, do likes translate into buyers, subscribers and/or members for the purchaser?

I realize I am a dinosaur and behind the times so I have to ask simple questions. I see sites w/a ton of members but very few likes so I'm wondering how important are likes in this new world.

I was at one the other day where the owner claimed to be the most popular marketing blog on the Net with something like 26000 members. I don't remember his exact like count but it wasn't anywhere near 26K.

Hopefully, I'll be able to leave the 20th century and join everyone in the 21st century but w/my luck you guys will have already advanced to the 22nd century.

Tom

True. But usually trial and error costs more. And mind it, what works for other wouldn't really work for you or vice versa.
