Wow, Glenn's book now boils down to a "certain demographic". This is making it less appealing. I live in Reno, NV and we definitely are being inundated with a certain demographic. I wonder if that CD negates the technique? Of course if you like being robbed at gun point by this CD, any technique is alright.
