Make $450 from Homes that sell in your area!

Maybe in Chi-Town EVERY home Listing has a Video Home Tour, but in the Smaller Towns....nada!!

And....when a Listing Agent receives a Link to a Video on your YT Channel, telling them YOU have created a "Video Home Tour" for them...curiosity gets the cat!

Also...I place "watermarks" on the initial Videos and remove them when the Agent pays the initial fee.

And....for some "strange" reason....when I Googled "Homes For Sale In Winnetka IL"....(an affluent suburb of Chgo)....I could NOT find ONE Video Home Tour.

Now...to give some more details on how to create a "Home Tour Videos", take a look at this Listing;

I simply Right Click on the photos the Agent has....put them into a folder on my pc, upload the photos to PS3, create a Video (I use Transitions and Zoom in & Out), add some music...upload to YT Channel then send Link to Agent.

Note: I have looked at MANY home listings by RE Agents on the North Shore and have NOT found UNO Home Tour Video!

Actually....by placing YOUR Name at the bottom of the Contact Page for the Agent....YOU can pick up other Agents as clients for your Video Home Tours.

You can offer them a separate website for the listing, INCLUDING a unique domain name!! In this case... 1918WilmetteAvenueB.com

Site costs nothing (with standard shared hosting plan -- Hostgator), and domain name costs around $8.

Has a HUGE perceived value!!

Their trying to sell it their self so I did a one page site. They just advertise it on craigslist.

Ya....looks good Jason however, you can take those same photos and make a "moving" Video with BackGround Music that increases the "emotion" of potential Buyers.

I don't have time now but I will post an example later.

And...re: using the Address of the House for Sale as a Domain, I first discovered 2 women doing this for realtors in the SanFrancisco area waay back in 1990 however....they were only charging $150 for each one they did AND...this fee included a 6" by 3ft sign (with the domain on it) that hung below the regular For Sale Sign in front of the property.

Nowadays....you could get the "Address Domain", set up a website with a Video Home Tour and get $150 initial and another $300 when it sells.

Not too many people watched the video (5 since 2009 -- then recently, that tripled based on *US* (sowpubbers) watching it!!)

So... we all wanna know -- did it sell??

They tried to sell it at $450,000 a few years ago and it didn't sell. So it's been a rental for the last two years. Now they want to try and sell it again at a much lower price, and the market is better now. So no it hasn't sold yet.
