It's FEDERAL LAW (in the US) that PROHIBITS 'Kick Backs' or Bonuses paid to a 'third party' for Real Estate Sales / closings.

So, it would be ILLEGAL to charge a Real Estate Agent a fee AFTER the Sale has been made...

So Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with Real Estate Agents to provide lead gen, and other fee based services to them.

ALWAYS check with a Lawyer FIRST before seeking 'performance based bonuses' on your lead gen services.
