Hi Don,

Thanks for mentioning that... I guess I never even knew that was a setting (in vBulletin, the forum software)...

I did some online searching, and found which setting needed to be changed. You're right, it was set to "time out" in 15 minutes! (what a crazy "default" setting, someone at vBulletin needs to be slapped with a wet noodle)...

I've extended it now to "time out" in 3 hours, so hopefully that's plenty of time. I hope that fixes the problem... Please let me know if it happens again...
