Hi Jemin,

If you have your own website, your web host should be able to tell you exactly how to do this. Most websites nowadays have software installed as a standard which gives you this kind of information.

You can also check out...

Quantcast - http://www.quantcast.com

Google Analytics - http://www.google.com/analytics/

...and I think there are many others, too...

Of course, knowing this kind of information can be very valuable and profitable...

Best wishes,

Dien

Stay away from Google Analytics - with the massive data problems and the remarketing, you will sink your business over time. Google will sap your customers and lower the value of your business. If I were you I would stay far away. Maybe you don't have a site and are just repeating other people who made the mistake to suggest google analytics for a webmaster.

If you try other alternatives, then you will find much better experiences with other tools. Best of luck!

Hi Birtch,

What would you recommend as an alternative?

Best wishes,
