2 "RICH" Niches

Wow! Because I have a BIG Interest in using Videos to earn me a "Monthly Income".....I just stumbled onto 2 Niches I had not thought of until a buddy told me he was looking for a "Cheap Used Car".....in his town, for one of his kids. (He was also looking for a way to earn money)

He Googled, "Cheap Used Cars in (Town)" and found that ALL the listings on Page 1 were "Text"......NO Video Thumbnails. So.....I had my Video guy make up a 60 sec Video Promo and uploaded it to YT and.....when it got onto Page 1 for that KeyWord......he asked 4 Used Car Lot Owners if they'd like to "Get More Traffic To Their WebSite".

He told all 4 to Google the KeyWord to see what comes up. (The Video was ALREADY DONE and Ranked)...and...he told each that he had contacted 3 other Used Car Lots and.....the First One who agrees to pay the Fee.....Gets It.

Well.....needless to say....he Rented it.....quickly....and set off on a "New Adventure" he had never thought of.

And.....another buddy was looking for an Apartment to Rent in his town for one of his kids and.....Googled "Cheap Apartments For Rent in (Town)" Found that ALL listings for that Keyword were "TEXT" and so.....I put together a 60 sec Video with a "Call To Action".....uploaded it to YT and got it Ranked on Page 1 for that KeyWord.

Then.....he contacted 4 local "Property Management Firms"....telling them about his Video on Page 1.....telling them the Call To Action could go to THEIR website for X$ per month and.....telling them he has contacted 3 other Property Mgmt Cos and.....the First one who wants it, gets it!

2 hours later he had a "Renter".

BOTH these guys had NO prior video or business experience....in fact, they had both lost their "jobs" a few mos ago and were getting kinda desperate. They came to me for help and.....I found something that could pay them "HandSome Monthly Fees" for the rest of their lives.


So.....excuse me folks, if I toss up so much "stuff" here and "Monopolize" the posts and threads BUT.....I've been an Entroopeneer ALL my life.....ever since my 1st "JOB" (I despise that word) where I had discovered, 2 weeks in, that I had replaced a guy who was about to retire with FULL Vested Rights and.....they Fired him and I.....was the replacement....and I decided then and there to start my own biz.....which I did, 6 mos later (Securitronics Corp)

Adios.....ever getting me in a position where someone ELSE controls MY Paycheck!

Anyways.....I hope that maybe someone here can use this info.

Don, this is a fantastic post about the opportunities in almost invisible "below the radar" niches. Fly low and collect the dough ... I think that's what Gordon likes to say!

But the line that really should pack a wallop for folks just passing by to troll the forum is the story about your first job. This guy had worked his life away for a company, giving them blood, sweat and tears. And his thanks ... "don't let the door hit you in the ass."

Yup.....the 3 things that have been my "Motivation", re: How to Make Money
......thru my life have been;

1) Got to be something I can start.....myself....without depending on anyone or anything else
2) Find a Niche that can use some HELP with Increasing Their Biz
3) Ease of Entry - How easy/hard will it to be to enter with the my "stuff"

Example: Some yrs ago a local buddy told me he "Lost His Job" at a "Deck Building Co" because the owner (decided that our area was not producing enough "Deck JOBS")...so, he loved working on decks and would like to stay in the "Wood Deck" biz....so....

I did some research and found that a guy, working in a "Paint Factory" had "discovered" a NEW "Protectant" for Wood Decks.

THIS chemical would do 2 things;
1) Make the wood deck look like new
2) Keep the deck looking like new for the next 7 or 8 years, instead of turning "Gray" with Sun and Moisture

The way he discovered this chemical was, one day he was stirring a BIG Vat of chemicals with a "WOOD" Paddle and noticed when he removed the "WOOD" paddle from the Vat.....the level of chemicals in the Vat had gone down about 1/2 inch.

He went and got a new "WOOD" paddle.....stirred up the chemicals, removed the Paddle....checked the level in the Vat and.....again noticed the level had gone down about 1/2 inch.

So.....he came to the conclusion that THE PADDLE was absorbing much of the chemical.

So.....he sawed the Paddles in half and noticed the chemicals had absorbed into the top 1/4 inch of the surface of the Paddles.

Upon further testing he found the surface of the Paddles had SUPERIOR resistance against Suns Rays and Water.

THIS....happenstance discovery led to the formation of a new Product that would;
..... Make Wood Decks look like NEW for at least 7 years.

So.....what does THIS mean? Well.....to a guy like ME it meant.....A Way for my "out-of-a-job" buddy to not only get a New Source of Income but, also to THRIVE and IMPROVE his life.....WITHOUT DEPENDENCE UPON ANYONE ELSE....BUT HIMSELF!

So.....what did I do to help him get started in this new venture?

He opened up a new bank account.....bought 2 gallons of the "stuff".

So.....we did one deck for freebie....took photos.

I made up a Flyer that had a before and after photo of a deck......with the words; Does Your Wood Deck look like this? Here's how it can look! Call xxx-234"!

The result being....my "outofaJOB" buddy NOW has a FULL TIME INCOME "Renewing Wood Decks"!

And.....because I enjoy helping people Improve Their Lives.....I will now give you the Name of the Product that will
1) Make Wood Decks look like new
2) For 7 to 10 years
