"Java Script" question

So.....I can NOW get 4 Niche biznesses paying monthly rather than 1 because "Things Change with EACH Site Visitor! My Clients can now get EQUAL EXPOSURE and NOT be competing with Competitors!

Also....how bout the following;

I have some Real Estate domains that get LOTS of Traffic so....what if I were to offer 4 realtors a chance to be on my website where EACH of the 4 would get EQUAL EXPOSURE! (using the Java-Script) that changes with each Visitor)

Also....since "House-Hunters" are visiting this "popular" site....would;
House Painters, Plumbers, Landscapers, Roofers, Pest Control biz, Interior Decorators, Insurance Agents...etc.....ALSO be interested in "Sharing Exposure" on this website that draws "People Looking for Houses to Buy"?

I WAS offering "EXCLUSIVES" to biz in certain niches and charging Big Bux to ONE biz in each niche AND....running into "Price-Objections"!

NOW....I can lower my Fees and MAKE MORE per niche because the biz would be Sharing the Space with 2 or 3 competitors.....yet, they won't be competing!

I'm not sure if you folks can understand what I'm saying however.....I'm gonna give it a try and see what happens!
