Some pointers needed on Chatteling

Where I live we have a weekly "Ad" paper. You know the kind. People place cheap classified ads and sell their stuff. Well, they have now included a section for very low priced and free items. They don't charge the advertiser for the giveaway ads. In other words, Joe Blow can say he is giving away monkeys and his ad is free. Maybe there is one of these in your area. It comes out once a week, Thursdays here.
