Heat dome? Brown outs? Heat strokes? Riots?

By most accounts, we have another 2 maybe 3 weeks of the heat wave, only interrupted here by a violent storm and FLOODING

This is how my house was flooded a long time ago, heat wave, then a downpour.

But as for the heat, we've managed minimum damage so far, but the worst is yet to come. Forecasters are saying it could be record breaking in it's length and heat index. The humidity is the culprit more than the heat, but they are a deadly combo.

Keep your senior loved ones in the house and HYDRATED. Water.

Stay cool.

So far grid has not been taxed, but don't get cocky, if you live from Chicago to NYC. The dome, and be extra cautious when one of the Presidential candidates come to your town (either one)...cause their hot air takes the heat up to surreal temperatures, is hard to escape from.
