Let's say Trump wins, builds his wall, makes Mexico pay for it, knocks the hell out of ISIS without starting world war 3 and brings back some of our factories.

Within 5 to 10 years those factories will switch from using human labor to mostly robotics and other terrorist groups will pop up with killer robots and killer drones.

What if there's an EMP attack on the USA? Just one nuke can take out most of the electric grid and fry most electronics in cars and computers. Within 1 year 90% of all Americans would be dead due to no energy, no transportation, and no food.

All we can do is prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Cheers,
Steve

I hope America survives. just like what you said, let's just hope for the best. God bless America!

Default Is it worth voting if you're not in a swing state?

Hi Steve,

I gotta agree with you... Personally I think both are crooks. I'm happy for others to have their opinion either way.

We're in a situation as I see it where the primary voters of each party, in their wisdom, have nominated a couple of pretty bad nominees. It's enough to make you choke on your porridge.

I'm an American living in Australia (as you are too Steve!)... If you are living overseas, you vote in the state where you last lived. In my case that would be Massachusetts (I spent some time at Boston University in the past). For the last 28 years, Massachusetts has always voted Democrat in the presidential election... So is it worth voting when you're not voting in a swing state?

Best wishes,

Dien

Well, don't stay home, you still have to select your corrupt school board president and sheriff. But as for the POTUS, forgetta about it...

we OhiOans have it covered...

it all comes down to us in the end, and we do rank 49th in economic growth.

So as Ohio goes, so goes the nation.

GordonJ

PS. Even more reason to hunker down.

Default Re: Donal Trump, the Stannis Baratheon of US Politics.

Here's a note: The people don't elect the president, the electoral college elects the president. The people only vote and give money to the candidates.

The EC is NOT bound to accept the popular vote. How about that for a kickass expose...

Welcome to the land of the free and the home of the brave.
