Dien, I believe your motives and ideals are noble to say the least. Helping humanity always seems like the right thing to do. Jesus himself tried and look where we are. Oh well who am I to make comparisons, right? But, here goes. After reading thousands of posts on this forum here is what I believe to be the bottom line: People do what they want to do and NOT what they need to do. All you have to do is re-read some of your and Gordon's posts and I think you'll come to the same conclusion. Therefore, at least IMHO, you can lead them to water but you can't make them drink. Here is a real life example. I am the only insurance agent in my area who can give a person a free insurance policy. Yep, first year no premium accidental death policy. I thought this would be a no brainer and everyone who knew me would accept it. Was I surprised when 50% of them said no thank you. Imagine the insurance world giving away insurance with NO catch. Unheard of. So, I sat back and analyzed the why behind their no. One thought is it could be the reputation of the insurance world and, by extension, me. Everything they do has a catch so of course free insurance is merely an enticement into a trap. Maybe some of the readers/members feel that way about Sowpub. All your free info/ideas/programs are merely traps. Hence low participation. Maybe they think this stuff is too good to be true which is another way to say trap. I don't know. But I do know you guys have a great forum and while trying to reach the masses of asses is what everybody does maybe creating an air of exclusiveness to Sowpub might be the way to go. Then, probably, people will be begging to be members. Here's another example. I have another product that will give you an income for life and when you die your beneficiary gets the principal. Simple and straightforward, just put your money down. Unlike other products that eat your principal when you die, this one gives it to your bennie. Guess how many people don't believe that? Not trying to sell anyone any insurance. It happens to be my world at the moment so I use it as my example. Also, Gordon hasn't told me how to win the powerball ![]() ![]() ![]() Let me toss in a book that may help: It is by Harry Browne and is titled: How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World and can be downloaded at: http://metaphysicspirit.com/books/Ho...%20Wor ld.pdf Good luck in your endeavors. |

I'm happy sandalwood has clear examples to back this up. It still boils down to the first part of the famous Net Profit Generation System (NPGS)- PROSPECT The only people who can gain from the LOADS of useful information here are people who are READY! Like me for instance. When I stumbled on this forum early this year, I was about to start gnashing my teeth in regret as in "I wish I had found this 10 years ago." ..Until I thought about it deeply. 10 years I was much younger... and much more foolish. 10 years ago I wouldn't have given this forum a second look as I was too busy chasing the next shiny object. The only reason I am getting value from this forum today is because I am now READY for this. Everybody is at their own stage of development. To quote the immortal Jim Rohn: "Don't send your ducks to eagle school. Why? Because it won't work. Good people are found not changed. They can change themselves, but you can't change them. You want good people, you have to find them. If you want motivated people, you have to find them, not motivate them." Last edited by unpinkpanther : October 31, 2016 at 04:12 AM. Reason: Typos |
