![]() Hello, everyone,
I received an email today from a customer who downloaded my auction e-manual. This is what he said: "I downloaded your e-manual and the entire manual print ran together on every page." It is a PDF file produced by Adobe Acrobat Distiller from a Pagemaker 6.5 file. I don't have a clue as to what could be happening. I have downloaded the file several times with no problems. Could it be the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader? I am using version 3.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, JDB Turn Trash into Cash... |

The first thing they should do is upgrade their PDF reader, especially if you are using a newer distiller. It is possible that the customers machine just doen't have the right fonts to render your file. You might also want to reply with the file connected as an attachement just in case they had a file error on the download. Good luck, best regards, Justin |
