Obviously the ClickBank form is expecting you to fill in the blanks. You can enter sixteen zeroes for the credit card number if you wish and fill in the form OR just click on the continue button again. It will let you through with an empty order blank because it is in the "test" mode. (Notice in the Title block it says "Testing-Online Auction Basics).

It doesn't bring up the warning window every time...I didn't discover this peculiarity until I had posted the message above. It tested OK for me. (Of course, it wouldn't mess up until after I posted the offer!)

If this caused you a problem earlier, please try again, and just keep clicking through until you get to the download page...don't forget to let me know what you think about the website/offer...
