It depends on what is meant by the word Adapt. Man progresses because he adapts to what the world throws at him. It's cold so he makes clothes instead of trying to make the world get warm. He wants to cross a river so adapts by learning to swim or building a vessel, not making the river go away. Building a vessel and swimming are too time intensive so he adapts more and builds a bridge. Thanks for your time. Michael Ross. |
