Giving up on finding a job was the best thing he did...

At age 13, North Carolina teenager Rowen was frustrated at trying to finding a job where he could work flexible hours...

Then he hit upon an idea - he could start a window washing business!

Three years later, his business is successful - which gives him an income plus the flexible hours he wanted...

It's not the usual story I post about, but it's an inspiring one...
