Last year I picked up the phone.

A former Soldier was calling me from the passenger seat of his bosses Aluminum siding Repair Truck.

Mike asked, "Hey Glenn, I just got off the phone with (Your Client) Mr ABC and he
says you have collected lots of proven Extra Munny making ideas. What can I do
to make Extra Bucks while riding around in my boss's Truck?"

I told Mike to Watch out for Affluent Homes with Trees Growing in the Rain
Gutters.

He can Knock on the door. Say, "If you don't clean your rain gutters they will
rip off the house. And water will flood your basement."

OFFER to Clean the gutters himself.

WHILE THERE - he will Get invited inside for a Cold Drink. And find all kinds of
other BROKE STUFF.

Cuz The Kind of Affluent Person (or Family) who has no time to Clean Their Rain Gutters has no time to Get Home appliances and other stuff done either.

SELL THE LEADS.

Carpet cleaning

Mike called back.

He quit his job.

Is doing the Rain Gutter Referral Strategy himself. Driving around Florida
in ritzy neighborhoods.
