Although there have been tons of books written about keeping happy customers and all that, we still see remarkable indifference toward a customer, from the majority of businesses. It doesn't take much, in the real world, to separate one from the crowd, just keep your customers in mind, and happy and the Pepe post doesn't stink...just keep your cats away. Actually some very good advice in the post. Gordon |
