It might be a good idea, let us know how it works out. I like REASONS. Why they are selling, or why I AM BUYING. There are life events; moving, divorce, death, birth, job or career moves. These are reasons why people get MOTIVATED to sell. And motivated sellers is what we chattelers look for. Plus a wad of CASH in the hand, will get you some great deals. Also, I like to put a REASON why I am selling too. It gives potential buyers a reassurance, something that "makes sense", and with some products, where theft could be involved (like diamond rings or watches) it helps. General rule of thumb, buy from MOTIVATED sellers, sell to those with the cash. But then, being a simpleton, I don't like to complicate things. Gordon |
