Thanks again for sharing! By the way, you reminded me of something... I don't really post on Twitter (apart from some automated "alerts" to new threads on Sowpub)! But recently, I read something which has convinced me that I probably should do more with it... When most people think of Twitter for business, they think of it as a way of getting the word out... But (including me), many don't think of it as a way of getting words in... Some entrepreneurs use Twitter as a good way of getting feedback. They post a question or survey on Twitter, and people who follow them reply on Twitter with their answers... What you're posting shows how important feedback from your prospects and customers is...! By the way, one guy (who is mainly a Youtuber) uses Instagram this way... He uses the Instagram Stories function. For those who may not know, Instagram Stories (which they actually copied from Snapchat) is a way of posting something, which then disappears in 24 hours... This guy surveys his audience with an Instagram Story, for example, as to what video he should do next (with a list of options). He gets replies (I think he asks people to send him a direct message)... then his "story" disappears 24 hours later... So there is no public record of it... Best wishes! Dien
