Hi Glenn,

GREAT story - showing how to make "ADDICTION" work...

Also, shows how short-sighted the first restaurant manager was... He should have had Brad teach some of his "tricks" to the other waiters... Like the second restaurant manager (apparently) was going to have him do...

Definitely part of addiction is SURPRISE...

Which helps to give you those dopamine "hits"...
