I only know a little about Blair, and I think he too likes to fly low, but this work is powerful.

He says the bibliography is incomplete, but you will find it be pretty comprehensive in the studies of influence, persuasion, etc.

He, you and I have read many of the same works, and Blair has put together one of those works I would never part with. I've had it for about 17 years now, and it is still the best framework to learn from. Coupled with Cialdini and blended with the arcane, I would do my best Charlton Heston impersonation and tell you, "you'd have to pry it from my cold dead hands."

P.S. As to credentials real life, for me, he could be like a Napoleon Hill, but I don't throw the baby out with the bathwater, or if one prefers, I can seperate the art from the artist.
