Allegedly, Mr. Musk has purchased a 45k tiny FOLDABLE home.

FOLDABL is the company name. If he has some skin in that game, be for sures it will be a hot topic.

Small, TINY homes have been discussed...along with backyard greenhouses, to have more these days, less seems to be the direction to go.

So, combine recession, inflation, earthquakes, on going wars, and all that adds up to OPPORTUNITY, because people may be downsizing to communities of these fold up and go homes. Imagine, Muskville, TX, Elon Village, OH, EM City, CA. Maybe built on old golf courses, you don't like the upstate NY weather in winter?

Move your house to the FL panhandle for the winter.

We've been discussing tiny houses here for several years now, but it feels like it is about to become a movement, another TIDAL WAVE of opportunity.

As an aside, ANYthing you can do to help people make/save money is going to be an ongoing HOT topic for some time to come.
