![]() Thanks Gordon,
Years back. Robert Picked up the phone when I called the # in The Back of his First Book. We Had a nice Chat. Robert Explained how you could POINT at a passing Driver if you had a flat tire. And Get him or her to STOP. IF you singled them out by Pointing with your whole arm. SO AS A LARK I Tried it. While In a Grocery Store. A Clerk went by near me. I waved both arms. Then Pointed at him with my entire arm. HE Stopped so Suddenly HE FELL DOWN. (Wow. Just pointing at him I made the guy fall down.) I've Never Been Able to DO that before. POINT and Have someone Fall down. I Shared what happened with a Special Forces Retired Soldier client. Wally tried it right away at a Las Vegas Restaurant. Reported what happened. "I Stood up. Waved my arms. Pointed At a Waitress Carrying a big Tray of Dirty Dishes. "CRASH! "She Fell over And Dropped dozens of dishes on the floor. HUH! This got me to Thinking. WHY NOT POINT at Readers When You Write Emails, Ezines, Posts on Forums. (Did You Notice I POINTED At everybody who read the Cialdini Book? Put his name First in my Subject Line?) I Just Pointed to 3 Groups of People in Todays Free "Billionaire New Idea Testing Ezine." Gardeners Irish Spring Soap Users and Cooks. "Irish Spring Soap Tuna Fritter Recipe" Heh heh I - I built a Garden by my back door - Protected from deer by Irish Spring Soap II - One of my Recipe Ingredients is SunChokes III - And then I Listed THE RECIPE Ingredients and Directions. Thanks, Glenn P.S. - I Just Noticed The Title of my copy of Mark Twains "Connecticut Yankee in King Authurs Court" book. DARN If he isn't POINTING at everybody who knows about The KING AUTHUR FABLE. |
