![]() OK. So this little start up is about offering a monthly HOTSHEET to a specific group of regular lottery players. Pick 3, 4 and 5 of 39 type games.
I am choosing PAPER AND INK to start, for reasons mentioned. I am the market, the avatar, so I have a pretty good feel for the customer pool. I've given an OVERVIEW of my POA (Plan Of Action). I can begin the test, and a friend will help to test in 2 states; OH, NY and then IL and PA. If we prove the concept we can then roll out to 18 other states, managed by 9 distributors who each manage their home state and a near by one. They have a part time, hopefully lucrative no investment cash flow to be motivated by. MY GOAL, the VIEW FROM THE ROOFTOP is to test the concept, take the journey, if it works, RAPIDLY scale it to max cap and adjust add on profit centers as needed, mostly looking at AFFILIATE or distributorships of existing businesses. Then, in less than two years, sell it. If we hit min goals, I have a 22k a mo income leaving the biz as I set it up, with a multiple of 4, it could go for a million, sweet. Better to hit max cap goals which puts my mo at 55k, and a two x eval gives that magic million. But I want to set it up so the distributors continue on, if only for a given time, and are able to keep their states going. A possibility exists, that those people may want to buy their states, and that might be a better way for me to go. The VIEW is my short term, 2 year part time, FUN, doing what I'm already doing, focusing on growing this start up to a desirable sell off, and then sail into the sunset. That's the plan. What have I not considered? Flaws? Details? Is it fully fleshed, or half azzed? Happy to hear your comments. Gordon LUCKYAL |
