While outside yesterday in 100 degree heat MAKING 50.00 an Hr
I heard a Family Moving into an Empty house nearby.

Walked over to say, "Welcome to the Neighborhood."

Then Came home.

Found a bag of M&M's I'd just ordered on my porch.

So Got out my Pen.

And

Duct Tape.

And a Shoe Box.

Taped a Thank You Note to The parents with a Thank Reward.
A Solar Fan I was Testing.

And

Taped a Thank You Note to the 3 Kids with the 15.00 Bag of M&M's inside.

Walked over and handed it to the father.

Later that day
I waved to the Older Son
as he went by in an Air Conditioned Tractor Cab.

HE SMILED and WAVED.

None of the other Neighbors Gifted them a Thing.

I just call it Neighborly.

And like the 23 Restaurant managers I chat with while Testing
Billionaire Sales Ideas.

NOBODY but me Ever tips the Cooks.

Ever.

Which REMINDS me.

One of my Inner Circle I sent a LOTTO Ticket Thank You Letter to
said HIS LETTER got shredded by the CA post office.

He got a letter of Apology.

Asked me to PLEASE Resend his Thank You Letter.

WHASSAT YOU SAY?

You don't send Thank You Rewards to Your VIP customers?

The techniques and strategies you share are fantastic!

Of course, when you make people happy and help them out... they're going to want to help YOU out too... It's human nature!

Sometimes people forget that...

One business a long time ago I remember was a small falafel restaurant... They'd sell all kinds of falafel sandwiches, wrapped in pita bread...

And around about lunch time, someone would be standing outside the store without fail, giving out delicious falafel balls to people walking by - for free!

Not all of the people who took a falafel ball stopped and bought something... Some did. Some might have come by and bought later, or another day... But I'm sure it helped to bring them more business!

When you see that kind of thing, you WANT them to succeed!
