![]() I was planning to compete in Tokyo's next "space out tournament"...
That's a tournament where you compete to see who is the best at "spacing out" and doing nothing! But now that I've ordered and paid for Gordon's report... It looks like I'll be doing something productive after all! ![]() ![]() Best wishes! Dien P.S. It's a joke... I wasn't really planning to join the "space out" competition... But I really did buy Gordon's upcoming new report... ![]() Quote:

![]() Hey Dien, how good is your memory?
Think back to my little office in the house, and I showed you some of my work, and ads, and also, one my last mailorder flyers called I'M BUYING...which at that time was running in circulars. Do you recall that? Who would have thought that almost 25 years later, those small adsheets, circulars and hotsheets are still going strong? They are being included in the NEW FINAL HOLIDAY REPORT in the OBSCURE section. Now many of these old mailorder folk are using web sites, but you will find some standbys, like 1800 numbers for recorded messages...and still send in 3 stamps for report...the kind of stuff we did back in the day. You will be surprised at how this has evolved and how so many are still flying below the radar and raking in moolah every month, with dollars in their mailbox type programs. Fascinating to see. Thanks for your preorder, and check your email, there is a soon to be sent thank you "gift". Gordon Quote:

![]() Where is the safest place on earth if there's a nuclear war?
Unfortunately, this is not an idle thought any more... but one many are taking seriously... I re-read an old article on this... This article said... The best place is Antarctica! But it's hard to live there... Far too cold! Unless you're an emperor penguin... Their second-best option was... Easter Island! Easter Island is a very remote island in the Pacific, administered by Chile... You might have seen the giant Easter Island heads, created by the indigenous population, the Rapa Nui people... (The knowledge of HOW they created these giant stone heads has been lost...) ![]() The reason why this thought came up is... A list of places to escape to, in the case of nuclear war, could make an excellent hotsheet! (In fact... maybe I'll do it myself...!) I can't wait to see the examples of the obscure examples you're planning to include! Hotsheets are "marketing assets" (I got that term from Dan Kennedy)... They can be used over and over and over... Very very valuable to build these up, so you can use them to promote your business and your offerings! ![]() Best wishes! Dien P.S. Oh yes... You can get Gordon's very valuable report on that topic here... https://hotsheetprofits.com Quote:

![]() How about being on a submarine, especially nuclear powered?
I think the OUTBACK is considered a good place, so you aren't that far away. A time for the tools to the miners? Get those long range foods stored away, and a good still...for making water (and moonshine, to help get through the days). As for assets...I like the newer definition; an asset produces income; so unpaid houses, cars and chattels are really liabilities...they COST money. So, an asset produces income, a liability COSTS income. What do you think of this? Now, freeze dried food...may cost in the beginning, but like dried beans, gold and diamonds, they could become a valuable asset quickly (in keeping with your doomsday theme). So, maybe we have stored value assets too...like the how to build a shelter, what foods to stock up on, what medicines to stock pile. I did do a few of the obscure in 52 Xmas, like bullet reloaders and such...and the new report will have some of the OLD obscure too. Gordon Quote:

![]() "Besides SINGLES there are many seniors who could use some help, especially widowers, or those moving in with sons and daughters."
Thanks Gordon, Great Stuff in Your Older Report. A Couple Proven But ODD Angles on Your HELP THE ELDERLY idea. A - Had a client who had the Franchise In Florida Keys - His Task? Rescue Drunken Boat owners who went aground of Crashed. B - After Each Rescue Dale Would Go to a Different Restaurant. (Over-loooking the water.) Where a Big Crowd of RICH Retirees would Gather around. To hear GOSSIP about people they KNEW who did STUPID STUFF with their Yachts. I Suggested he play one Owner VS The Other. Get them to PAY HIM to ONLY Dine at their Place. To Pack The Seats. Dale Chickened out. But DID get a Free Meal - Wherever he Decided to Dine AFTER each Rescue. SECOND IDEA Anybody can Do. Retired FLORIDA Lady in Hi End Sky Scraper. Called Local College Football Coach. Got Recommended to Big Handsome Young Football Player to Be her Part Time. BODY GUARD and Shopper. Her Friends were All Jealous When She Showed up with a Young HUNK on her arm. So she asked her BODY GUARD to Suggest his Friends. So Popular. And I am Talking HUGE DEMAND. She turned it into a Business. The guys Said, "Forget the pay. Our TIPS are so good We Will Work for Tips Alone." RETIRED NICHE #3 I have a Client who is a Hi-End Painter for The Retired AFFLUENT. HIS SECRET? He Invites Neighbors in to Watch as he Carefully MOVES Furniture. Puts on Covers. And brings Snacks for his Clients. I have Experience With Painting Crews. They are All BUMS. They drip paint all over. Very Sloppy. Maybe from Inhaling Paint Fumes. But the Point? Linc charges 500% More and has a Waiting List. Thanks, Glenn |
