Yes, thanks, that makes a lot of sense.... :) I think there certainly are problems which could be associated with dehydration, and drinking more can certainly help that.... The other factor which (as you mentioned) seems important is water's role in eliminating waste products (through urine and sweat). I could imagine that if you don't drink enough, perhaps it is easier for these waste products and toxins to build up in your body which could cause problems that way! Thanks Mel! - Dien |
