As I said in my posts to Julie and Dan, I can highly recommed this one. I picked it up at Borders last week. I've thumbed through the one about intellectual property. I thought he could have given a *whole* lot more "how to." Robert Allen does a better job of covering the basics in "Multiple Streams of Income." Lechter does cover the basics and gives a few forms but I found myself feeling like it was more of an advertisement for his firm than anything else.

There are two new ones out. One is on real estate by Dolf De Roos. The other is on forming your own corp. by Garrett Sutton. De Roos is on an audio segment in the "You Can Choose..." program. He did a pretty good job of it. I think he's also done some stuff with Ted Thomas. Garrett Sutton I know nothing about. I haven't see either one of these books either. (I was considering getting them through Amazon just because I've bought from them before, they're cheaper, they have what I want, and they have a good return policy. *g*) I think RK's financial planner has a book in the works as well. She gives some good info in the "You Can Choose..." program.

However, "Loopholes" is well worth the money IMO.
