![]() Dien - I agree with the others on the mediocrity and self-selling qualities of the advisory series (with the exception of Loopholes, which has some "meat" in it as described by Rick Smith.)
I'm a fan of Kiyosaki as well, so was disappointed by the advisory series so far. I thumbed through the Sales Dogs book and found it pretty general, and the book by Dolf De Roos on RE investing even more so. It's an overview of how you can get rich in RE, but gives few examples. I was surprised in that I've heard DeRoos on tape and he was more specific and interesting. I also looked at one on how to start your own corporation (I forget the author) and also found it to be mostly a rehash of standard C corp vs LLC vs partnership stuff with a general chapter on raising cash. There are much better resources out there on these topics. Just another reviewer with 2 cents to share:-) Bob |
